How to use dashboard? User Dashboard is a visual interface that provides you with an overview of your account information and activities on our website.
Login to Dashboard
By holding the mouse over your username, a menu will open through which you will access your Dashboard.
Dashboard
In the Dashboard, you can see your visitors, your leads, and also your review and by clicking on “MORE INSIGHT” you can see more information.
Announcement
You can create announcements for specific listings. click on ADD NEW ANNOUNCEMENT, so you should choose your specific list, then you can choose an announcement (the list below) and then you would go ahead and put in an icon and call-to-action title. so this would be like the promotion of the specific announcement or whatever you want to talk about. Then complete the description. “The button text” is the text of the button and then the link so where Viewer would go when they click on that button right.
Events
For creating the event, you can click on add new and then you can go ahead and select an event for your listing and fill up the form.
You can put the name, then you can put an address for the event. If you are online, type the word online in the address field and Then put your online website link in the description section.
Then set the start dates and the end dates, Setting up the time and then you can fill in the description for the event.
You can also set a specific featured image for that event. Then you should wait until the Admin approves the event. After Our approval the events will be displayed on your listing page.
Appointments
If you want the appointment section to be activated in your list so that others can make an appointment with you based on your company’s working hours, you must enable booking appointments in your dashboard. For enabling appointments, go to the dashboard, select the appointment section, you see “Start Accepting Appointments Now”, then click on “Start Now”.
Then you should select the time duration for each appointment. And then you should select which listings that you created want to accept bookings and click on plus and then Save. After someone registers an appointment request with you, the request email will be sent to you, after that you should go to your dashboard and the appointment section to accept or reject the appointment.
If you accept the sent request then they will automatically get an email notifying that they have gotten approved booking and then the meeting will be set so hopefully
Coupons
You can create coupons for your listings. At the first you should choose your listing, give the name to your coupon, then enter the code name and discount amount of the coupon. (Dollar or Percent) Then specify the start and end date with time for the coupon. Now select the name of the button that will appear on your page, and then enter the coupon details. Also you can add a featured image for that specific coupon. click on save and finish.
Listings
You can have multiple listings for different compenies with one user. The listing tab will show a good overview of your lists.
You can make any changes in your listing by clicking the ellipsis menu (three-dots vertical icon) at the end of the right section of your list. (as shown in the picture). A menu will open through which you will access to “Edit, Remove, Change Plan”.
By clicking “Edit” , you can make any changes in your list and make sure to click “Save & Preview” to save the update.
You can upgrade your plan to 6 or 12 months by clicking “Change Plan”.
If you click the “Remove” then your listing will completely removed from our platform which means you will lose all the related information, leads, reviews, …
Inbox
Inbox: Here you have an inbox, so if you do get messages from interested customers, the messages will be displayed right here.
Invoices
Invoices will be displayed here pretty self-explanatory.
Ads Invoices
Ads Invoices will be displayed here pretty self-explanatory.
Saved
If you save lists on your website, they will go over here and they will be displayed here.
Ad campaigns
When you create ads, your list will be placed at the Home page as Spotlight Ad, or at the beginning of users’ search as Topbar Ad or in the sidebar of each list as Sidebar Ad.
How to create a campaign?
Click on add new and you have to choose a listing to add a campaign, then in the “set days for this campaign” section you’ll be able to set how many days you want this campaign to run for now. Then you can see that you have three different options of placement. For example, if you choose spotlight, your list will be displayed on the home page, if you choose top of search placement you will be in the top of the search of users and if you choose sidebar placement, your list will be displayed on the sidebar of search. You can choose all Ads or choose any of them, it’s up to you where what you want shows your list’s Ad. Then you should pay for that and wait until the admin approves the campaign. After that you can see the campaign on your dashboard.
Reviews
This is where you will see reviews about your current listings. RECEIVED: This is for when others review on your listing SUBMITTED: This is for when you reviewed on other listings
